WYNN:What You Need Now

Wynn Software has many features to assists with reading, writing, file management and study skills. The headings below will link you to several short videos that will give a quick overview of many feature of the Wynn program. As you are watching each video please try to think about how the student could use the different features of the program to enhance learning. Will this work in your environment, and what questions or concerns do you have?

Introduction and Overview
This video introduces viewers to WYNN Wizard 3.0. The program assists students with reading, writing, and studying.

WYNN Toolbars
WYNN has 4 tool bars. Blue is the file management toolbar, Green is the reading styles toolbar, Pink is the study tool bar and yellow is the writing toolbar. Click on the link above to learn what features each toolbar has to offer.

Reading a Document
This video demonstrates how to use WYNN to read a document. Click on the link above to learn how to use WYNN to read word processing handouts, Adobe PDF's, Internet documents and basic text files and scanned files that have been save within WYNN.

Scanning and Reading a Printed Document
Scanning is not going to be part of the students assistive technology program at this point. If you are interested in how scanning works within the WYNN program please view this video.

WYNN can also read the web pages.

Switching Among Open Documents and Web Pages
